Ladies Tea Information
The Ladies’ Tea will be one of our largest ladies’ outreach events of the year. This event is FREE to all ladies! The tables are beautifully decorated, and the day includes worship, fellowship and great food!
Guest Speaker: Dixie Brewer
Menu: Tea, assorted scones brought by the hostesses for their tables and sandwiches and salads brought by the guests.
Ornament Exchange: Please bring one or two ornaments to place on the tree to be exchanged at the end of the tea.
Young Ladies: Young ladies are encouraged to attend the Tea from age 10 years and older. However, they will need to stay with their mother or guardian.
Arrival: Please arrive early so we can start the program on-time. Guests should bring their food item they signed up for on a serving tray and drop it off at the hospitality counter. Please be sure to put your name under the serving plate.
Seating: We will have open seating. If you have a specific place you would like to sit, please come early to ensure your seat. Hostesses will be allowed reserved place cards for anyone they specifically invited.
If you, or the person you are inviting, require handicap or disability seating, we are happy to accommodate you. Please let us know by noting in the comment section on the guest sign-up sheet.
Food: We ask that everyone attending bring either tea sandwiches or a salad. The dish size should serve 8 people. If you do not wish to ask the person you are inviting to bring a dish, please plan to bring an extra dish or double your portion on their behalf.
Childcare: Childcare provided for table hosts only from 4:30 pm to 9:45 pm.
