Candlelight Christian Core Curriculum (C4)
C4 consists of studies that help bring that Big Picture into focus. It will touch on a variety of subjects that impact how we live our life in Christ. What do I believe? Why do I believe that and can I defend my beliefs? What does the Bible say about: relationships, marriage, parenting, my job or business, my money, government and political issues, the postmodern world I live in today?
We envision that C4 will give even a new believer a solid foundation on which to build – a good overview of the Bible and how to apply it to the issues that face us each day.

February 25th: Answers in Genesis FOUNDATIONS – Ken Ham. In Six Days: Can we really know the truth about the “days” of Genesis 1? What difference does it make today whether the “days” of Genesis 1 were real 24-hour days or millions of years? Here, Ken Ham clears up today’s common misunderstandings in the debate about the “six days” of Creation. Also, discover why some pastors and educators avoid this topic and say we really can’t know the truth.
March 4th: Answers In Genesis FOUNDATIONS – Ken Ham. Death the Enemy: Is death our friend? Some ministers tell their congregations that death is our friend. But God designed a perfect world—no death, no pain. Adam’s sin brought death and suffering. Our world is now in need of restoration, and Ken shares the story of the agonizing death of his brother, a pastor and loving father, to illustrate that death is our enemy, and one day it will be vanquished!
March 11th & 18th: Spiritual Gifts – Pastor Bub Lawson. What are the gifts, how are they used to edify the church and why are they important.
