Ladies’ Tea – Saturday, April 13th
The Ladies’ Tea will be one of our largest ladies outreach events of the year. This event is FREE of charge to all ladies! Tables are beautifully decorated, and the day includes worship, fellowship and great food brought by all the ladies that attend.
SIGN UP TO ATTEND AND NOT HOST A TABLE OR ATTEND AND HOST A TABLE
Sign-up dates at church: To Be Determined
Event Time: 1:00pm to 3:30pm
Guest Speaker: To Be Determined
Menu: Tea, Assorted Scones with Jam and Crème Fresh, Salad, T-Sandwiches & Assorted Chocolates
Prizes: Teacups giveaway & Theme Baskets (Raffle drawing, $1.00 a ticket or 10 for $5.00. Proceeds go towards the cost of the Ladies Tea)
Young Ladies: Young ladies are encouraged to attend the Tea from age 8 years and older. However, they will need to stay with their mother or guardian.
Arrival: Please arrive early before 1:00pm. Hosts and Guests will drop off any food item they signed up to bring at the kitchen counter. Name tags will be available at your table.
Seating: We will have open seating. If you have a specific place you would like to sit, please come early to ensure your seat. Hostesses will be allowed reserved place cards upon request for anyone they specifically invited.
If you or the person you are inviting requires handicap or disability seating, we are happy to accommodate you. Please let us know by marking the space indicated on the guest sign-up sheet.
Food: Because our event is free of charge we ask that everyone attending bring either t-sandwiches, a salad or scones. The dish size should serve 8 people conservatively. This also includes people you may want to invite as well. If you do not wish to ask the person you are inviting to bring a dish, please plan to bring an extra dish or double your portion on their behalf.
Childcare: Childcare provided for table hosts only from 12:30pm to 3:45pm.
