ClosePastor Paul Van Noy expounds on a prior teaching point- Acts 2:12- "And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying to one another, 'What meaneth this?'" Pastor leads us to Romans chapters 9-12, where it is explained that God has not finished with Israel as was a common belief prior to 1948. Here, Pentecost (33 AD) is illustrated as First Fruits of the Harvest, which is our present day Church Age. Pastor Paul goes further, teaching that the day of Pentecost was God's plan to bring Israel (the Jews) to their knees as they become overwhelmed with jealousy for Christian Gentiles. Pastor references Romans 10:19- "But I say, did Israel not know? First Moses says: 'I will provoke you to jealousy by those who are not a nation, I will move you to anger by a foolish nation.'" (NKJV)
