CloseThis Sunday's lesson is pointing out the specific change that took place within Israel at that time: those of the Jewish faith who converted to Christianity were still Jews, but not different than Gentile Christians, who could now consider themselves grafted in to the root and fatness of the olive tree, as is mentioned in Romans 11:17 – "And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree," ....
