Paul D. Van Noy is the founding pastor of Candlelight Christian Fellowship in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He was born in California where he served as a pastor for 14 years before moving to Idaho.

Paul is an expository style teaching pastor, defending the Scriptures through a clear and understandable pre-millennial, pre-tribulational, dispensational hermeneutic. His weekly verse-by-verse Bible studies are enjoyed by those who attend the church he pastors—as well as by many across the country via live stream, podcast, internet library, and radio broadcasting.

Paul is the President of the Kootenai County Ministerial Association, an active event coordinator, conference speaker, author, visionary, and, most importantly, a servant of Jesus Christ.

Many say Paul is the go-to guy for grace-oriented Theology. His view of the greatness of the cross eclipses all human-centric soteriology.

Paul is happily married to his wife Brenda—45 years and counting! Paul and Brenda have four grown children and 10 grandchildren.
