Door-to-Door Campaign Against Prop 1
Voting NO is not enough. We must educate our community.
It’s time to take what we’ve learned at our recent Prop 1 training beyond the walls of Candlelight and into our community.
Join us Saturday, September 5, as we head out together and talk directly with our neighbors about Proposition 1.
We’ll begin at 9 AM at Candlelight with a light breakfast, a brief introduction and training, and time to practice before heading out. You do not need previous door-knocking experience—we’ll make sure you are prepared before you go. At 10 AM, teams will head into the community to knock on doors, answer questions, and help voters understand what Proposition 1 means and why this issue matters. We’ll reconvene at Candlelight at 1 PM for pizza and a debrief, with the event wrapping up around 2–2:30 PM.
Saturday Schedule
- 9 AM – Light breakfast, introduction, training & practice
- 10 AM – Door knocking begins
- 1 PM – Return to Candlelight for pizza & debrief
- 2–2:30 PM – Wrap up
We must do more than vote NO. Come get equipped, then help us get the word out.
