Ladies’ Fall Tea

Our Ladies’ Tea is one of our largest outreach events of the year. The tables are beautifully decorated, and the day includes worship, fellowship, and great food!
NO cost to attend. Donations are accepted:
All proceeds support Women’s Ministry & Scholarships with the various events. Please note: The amount of the contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of any money contributed over the fair market value of goods or services received. Our good faith estimate of the value of the Ladies’ Tea is $10 per person.

Menu: Light Lunch
Young Ladies: Young ladies, ages 7 to 17 are encouraged to attend with their mother or guardian.
Guest Registration: Guests 18+ will need to register individually. Parents or guardians may register children ages 7 to 17 on the same registration form.
Table Hostesses: (regular Candlelight attender age 18+): Each table will have a hostess and a co-hostess to serve as a back-up. If interested in becoming a hostess, please read the Hostess Responsibility document below for all details.
Arrival: All guests will be assigned to a table and notified in advance which table they are assigned to about a week prior to the event.
Childcare: Childcare (under age 10) will be available for Table Hostesses on the day of the event, Oct 12th. Nursing mothers are welcome to attend with their infants.
