This form must be submitted up to 6 weeks prior to the event.
The church will email you when your event is approved.
I understand that I cannot promote or make plans for this event if the form is not approved first.
THERE ARE CHARGES for using our church facility.
Please review our Candlelight Building Rates and CCF Facility & Parking Lot Lease Agreement under Church Forms on our website before proceeding.
This form is subject to approval by our Assisting Pastor and/or Senior Pastor.

Occupancy: Room(s) available: Monday – Friday: 9am to 5pm. After 5pm for 10 or more people. Saturday & Sunday: 9am to 5pm for 10 or more people all day. Sat exception after 5pm: Bigger events- e.g.: weddings.
